Elevate grilled corn on the cob your way.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears fresh corn, leaves removed
  • butter, to taste
  • shaker blends, your choice—try Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper, Better Than Bacon Topper, Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, and Red Garlic Topper Blend

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place corn directly over the heat, cover and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until the kernels are spotted brown.
  3. Carefully remove the corn cob from the grill and transfer to a large platter.
  4. Brush with butter and sprinkle evenly with shaker of your choice. Serve immediately.
