It’s easier to buy a box of graham crackers…but these are naturally flavoured and so much tastier!
Ingredients
2 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt
3⁄4 cup butter, cold, cut into cubes
1⁄4 cup molasses
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Add the first six ingredients to an electric mixer and pulse to combine.
Add the butter and pulse until it’s the consistency of cornmeal.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
On a floured board, roll out to 1.3" thick. Cut into squares and place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Use a fork to poke decorative holes into cookies.
