Diner-style Wedge Salad

Epicure Big Burger Sauce is an excellent burger topper, but think beyond the bun: it’s also great as a sandwich spread, or thin with a little water to make a dressing for lettuce wedge salads.

Ingredients
  • 12 head iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges

  • 12 cup Big Burger Sauce, prepared

  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp relish

  • warm water, to taste

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 8 red onion rings, optional

Instructions
  • Place lettuce on plates. Stir warm water into Big Burger Sauce to thin to desired consistency. Drizzle over lettuce wedges.

  • Top with tomatoes, carrot, and onion, if you wish.
