Crispy perfection (thanks to Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix) awaits with these dill honey mustard coated chicken strips, ready for either air frying or baking in the oven. Serve them up with a generous side of extra dressing for the ultimate dunking experience. Kids and adults alike will love 'em.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken breast fillets, about 16 pieces
1⁄4 cup prepared Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing
2⁄3 cup mayo
2 tbsp Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing Mix
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp liquid honey
Dill pickle juice, optional
1 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix
1 tbsp Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing Mix
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add chicken and dressing; toss to coat.
Place coating mix and dressing mix in a shallow dish; gently mix to combine. Using tongs or your hands, add chicken one piece at a time, rotating and pressing mix on both sides of chicken to coat.
Place chicken in single layer in basket, leaving some space between each piece. You may have to do this in 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook 8–10 min, flipping halfway through using tongs, or until golden and cooked through.

Tips
To make these in the oven, place two Cooling Racks on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Lightly brush racks with oil to prevent sticking. Place prepared chicken on racks, leaving some space between each piece. Bake 18–20 min in preheated 425° F oven, or until golden and cooked through.
