Ingredients
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

  • 12 English cucumber

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix. Set aside.

  • Grate cucumber; press to remove excess liquid.

  • Add cucumber, salt and pepper to bowl; stir to combine. Serve, or refrigerate up to 5 days in Prep Bowls.

Tips
