"Dillicious" Honey Mustard Salmon Fillets

"Dillicious" hot or cold!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 14 cup Honey Mustard
  • 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 6 (6 oz/170 g) salmon fillets

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients together in an 8” x 8” x 2” glass baking dish.
  2. Add salmon and, using silicone tongs, coat with marinade. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Place salmon skin side down in baking dish.
  4. Bake 8 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
