Hop into the Easter spirit with these egg-stra cute and egg-stra delicious devilled eggs. Get the kiddos involved as you transform ordinary devilled eggs into adorable chicks, making Easter brunch a family-fun affair. Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix, or dip mix of your choice
  • shredded lettuce, optional
  • 1 tsp dried chives

Preparation

  1. Remove yolks from cooked eggs. Blend yolks with mayonnaise and dip mix.
  2. Spoon mixture into halved whites. Line a platter with lettuce, if desired, and place eggs on top.
  3. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
