Detox Soup
The healthiest ingredients possible with lots of veggies and soothing tea, all in one pot.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1⁄2 cups cauliflower or broccoli florets
1 - 2 tsp Fajita or Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
4 cups Vegetable Broth, or broth of your choice, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
4 cups Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, brewed
1 cup mixed greens
Sea Salt, optional
Black Pepper, optional
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2–3 min, until soft.
Add veggies and seasoning. Stir to combine and cook for 3–4 min more.
Add broth and tea. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer 15 min until the vegetables are tender.
Just before serving, add the mixed greens and season to taste.

If short on time, steam veggies in a Multipurpose Steamer and add to pot for faster cooking.
