Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced chicken, beef, pork, tofu, or shrimp
  • 4 cups chopped vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • soy sauce, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place a Wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and chicken and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Top with your favourite topper, if desired, and serve.
