Curried Tuna Salads for Verrines

Ingredients
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
1 can (4 oz/120 g) tuna
3 tbsp Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, finely diced
1⁄3 cup thinly sliced lettuce
1 tsp red bell pepper flakes
12 very thin slices of Granny Smith apple
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise and Mango Curry Dip Mix. Stir in tuna and diced apple.
Divide lettuce between 6 verrines.
Using a fork, gently pile tuna mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and garnish with apple slices.
