Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
  • 1 pkg Aloo Gobi Seasoning or Keema Curry Seasoning
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. Place chickpeas, seasoning, water, oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 2–3 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
