Ingredients
6 hardboiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1⁄2 tsp Madras Curry Powder
Instructions
Halve eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Blend in mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt until well combined.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.
