Ingredients
  • 6 hardboiled eggs, peeled

  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 12 tsp Madras Curry Powder

Instructions
  • Halve eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.

  • In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Blend in mayonnaise, curry powder, and salt until well combined.

  • Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.
