Curried Cheese Ball

A delicious twist on a traditional cheese ball.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese

  • 12 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese

  • 2 tsp Mango Curry Dip Mix

  • 12 cup mango chutney

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 2 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

Instructions
  • Soften cheeses to room temperature and blend with Mango Curry Dip Mix. Form into a ball.

  • In a separate bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Coat the cheese ball with this mixture.

  • Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge a half-hour before serving with crackers.
