Cucumber Salad

This fresh, crisp side salad perfectly complements Quick Moussaka.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 3 medium English cucumbers, sliced

Instructions
  • In a small mixing bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk first 3 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

  • With Y-Peeler, peel cucumbers. Thinly slice, and gently stir into yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
