Cucumber Raita

A cool, South Asian yogurt condiment. Served chilled with warm pita, fresh veggies or in a whole-wheat wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Toasted Onion
  • 12 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes and serve.
