Cucumber Crunch Spiral Salad
A light and refreshing Asian-inspired salad, made beautiful with elegant veggie spirals
Ingredients
2 cucumbers, cut into 3" long pieces
2 cups chopped celery
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1⁄2 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
1⁄3 cup oil
1⁄2 cup rice vinegar

Preparation
Turn the cucumbers into spirals by twisting in the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. Set aside.
Toss together celery, cabbage, and dressing. Gently combine with cucumber spirals.
Top generously with whole food sprinkle and serve immediately.
