Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 cup fine breadcrumbs, or gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 3 tbsp low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 (4 oz/113 gr) boneless chicken breasts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Combine first four ingredients in shallow pan. In a separate bowl, whisk milk and vegetable oil.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in milk and oil mixture. Thoroughly coat in crumb mixture and place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake approximately 35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 175° F (80° C) .
