Who doesn’t love mozza sticks?! This recipe comes from Nadège Lauzon. It’s quick & easy and will satisfy any cheesy craving. Make sure to serve with Marinara Sauce for dippin’.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix
  • 16 mozzarella string cheeses

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Line Sheet Pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg. In separate bowl, add mix. One at a time, dip mozzarella sticks into egg, followed by coating, and repeat. Place on pan.
  3. Bake 5–6 min.
