Crispy Cajun Fish Fillets
Ingredients
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp Cajun Fries Seasoning or Louisiana Seasoning
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper
1 egg
2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs
1 lb (450 g) fish fillets
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F.
In shallow bowl whisk together flour, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In separate bowl, whisk egg.
Spread crushed corn flakes on a plate.
Dip fish fillets into seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
Dip into beaten egg, then corn flake crumbs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6 - 10 min, turning once, or until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
