Crispy Cajun Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Cajun Fries Seasoning or Louisiana Seasoning
  • 14 tsp Sea Salt
  • 14 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs
  • 1 lb (450 g) fish fillets

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In shallow bowl whisk together flour, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In separate bowl, whisk egg.
  4. Spread crushed corn flakes on a plate.
  5. Dip fish fillets into seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
  6. Dip into beaten egg, then corn flake crumbs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6 - 10 min, turning once, or until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
