  • 1 shot espresso

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 13 cup oatmeal

  • ice

  • water

Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency, or more water for a thinner consistency, as desired.
