Creamy Sesame Coleslaw
A perfect side dish to bring to bring to backyard potlucks or summer BBQ’s. It’s got all the freshness and crunch from classic coleslaw, but with a sensational creamy sesame dressing twist! Delicious served alongside grilled chicken, fish, or steak, or used as a base for a power bowl at lunch.

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 pkg (14 oz/397 g) coleslaw mix
1 cup bean sprouts
1⁄2 cup prepared Sesame Noodle Salad Dressing or Ultimate Umami Bomb Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Noodle Salad Dressing Mix
1 1⁄2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄4 cup oilÂ
2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed chilies
1⁄2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts, optional
Instructions
Thinly slice pepper. In a large bowl, add pepper, coleslaw mix, and bean sprouts.
Add dressing; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
