Creamy Guacamole Dip

For traditional guacamole, prepare without sour cream. Perfect for Mexican layer dip.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 12 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dip for 1 hour to allow flavours to mellow.
