Creamy Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini, optional

Preparation

  1. Drain and reserve liquid from chickpeas. Rinse chickpeas; place in a food processor with 1⁄4 cup reserved liquid.
  2. Add dip mix, lemon juice, and tahini, if using.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 1–2 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
