Ingredients
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini, optional
Preparation
Drain and reserve liquid from chickpeas. Rinse chickpeas; place in a food processor with 1⁄4 cup reserved liquid.
Add dip mix, lemon juice, and tahini, if using.
Blend until smooth, about 1–2 min, scraping down sides as necessary.
