This one delivers a rich, creamy, irresistible dressing that will earn you major bragging rights as the ultimate slaw aficionado at the next get-together or backyard BBQ. Ingredients

  • 12 cup light mayonnaise
  • 12 cup 2% plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Coleslaw Dressing Mix or Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 carrots

Preparation

  1. In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dressing mix, and vinegar.
  2. Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, thinly slice cabbage (about 10 cups) and carrots.
  3. Add cabbage and carrot to bowl; stir to combine. Salad will keep well, refrigerated, up to 3 days.
