Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Creamy Chowder Seasoning
  • 2 cups milk, your choice
  • 3 cups cubed potatoes
  • 34 cup each diced celery and carrots
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (10 oz/142 g) clams, including broth

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk seasoning with milk; set aside.
  2. In Multipurpose Steamer, combine potatoes, celery, and carrots with water. Cover and microwave until tender, 10–12 min.
  3. Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Microwave, uncovered, for 15 min, stirring every 5 min until thickened.
  4. Stir in clams, including broth. Spoon into bowls.
  5. In a bowl, whisk seasoning with milk; set aside.
  6. In Multipurpose Pot, combine potatoes, celery, and carrots with water. Cover and cook until tender, 10–12 min.
  7. Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
  8. Stir in clams, including broth. Spoon into bowls.
