Cranberry sauce isn’t just for turkey! It makes a flavourful finisher for creamy, brie-topped crostini too.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • 16 slices of a thin French baguette
  • 1 (4 oz/114 g) brie cheese wheel
  • 13 cup cranberry sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Combine oil with Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning.
  3. Using a basting brush, lightly brush oil mixture on baguette slices. Place on a Sheet Pan. Bake until crisp and fragrant, approximately 5 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Just before serving, slice cheese into 16 pieces. Arrange toasted slices on a serving platter. Top each with a piece of cheese and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
