Cranberry sauce isn’t just for turkey! It makes a flavourful finisher for creamy, brie-topped crostini too.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
16 slices of a thin French baguette
1 (4 oz/114 g) brie cheese wheel
1⁄3 cup cranberry sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Combine oil with Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning.
Using a basting brush, lightly brush oil mixture on baguette slices. Place on a Sheet Pan. Bake until crisp and fragrant, approximately 5 minutes. Let cool.
Just before serving, slice cheese into 16 pieces. Arrange toasted slices on a serving platter. Top each with a piece of cheese and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
