Cranberry Barbecue Chicken Wings

Easy to bake, tastes better than the pub!

Ingredients

  • 13 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smokin' BBQ Sauce Mix
  • 14 tsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 lb (1 kg) chicken wings

Preparation

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in large bowl. Add chicken wings, toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  3. In single layer, spread wings on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper, and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Turn wings once and bake a further 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and begins to pull away from the bone.
