Cran & Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake Squares

The easiest cheesecake you'll ever make. Square slices make this cake a treat for the eyes.

Ingredients
  • 1 12 cups chocolate wafer crumbs or finely crushed graham crackers

  • 13 cup melted butter

  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs light cream cheese

  • 3 - 4 tbsp Cranapple Cinnamon Sweet Dip Mix

  • 14 cup light sour cream

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

  • Combine crumbs with butter, then press into an 8” square pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

  • For the filling, beat cream cheese with Sweet Dip. Beat in sour cream, then egg and vanilla extract.

  • Bake until centre is firm, 35–40 minutes. Cool completely before serving.

Tips

Chef Tip: Place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven to promote even baking and to reduce cracking.
