A classic savoury appetizer, ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (4 oz/120 g) crabmeat
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 pinch cajun seasoning
  • 6 slices sandwich bread

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and Epicure seasonings.
  3. Spread on trimmed bread slices. Cut each slice into 4 triangles and place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
