Crab and Lemon Fettuccine

Simple seafood with a light lemon zing. It's time to change up pasta night!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp Crab Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest, optional
  • 2 cans (4 oz/120 g) crab meat

Preparation

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions in a pasta pot. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in Wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pepper, onion and Crab Dip Seasoning for 3 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, cooked fettuccine, reserved liquid and crab meat. Toss to coat and serve hot.
