Corn on the Cob with Chili Lime Butter
Sweet and savoury corn with a hint of smokiness and lime.
Preparation
Cream together butter, Chili and Chili Lime Sansel in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
Fill Multipurpose Pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Add corn and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
While still warm, brush corn with prepared Chili Lime Butter and season with Salt. Serve immediately.
