Coconut Pina Colada Smoothie
Make into delicious frozen Pina Colada Smoothie ice pops. You colada try these!
Ingredients
1 tbsp coco vanilla white tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice
1 cup boiled water
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄2 frozen banana
1⁄4 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
Preparation
Combine tea leaves and boiled water, let completely cool down (do not strain).
In a blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and transfer to 2 tall glasses.
