Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coco vanilla white tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 12 frozen banana
  • 14 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave nectar

Preparation

  1. Combine tea leaves and boiled water, let completely cool down (do not strain).
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and transfer to 2 tall glasses.
