Goji berries taste mildly tangy, like a cross between cranberries and cherries. Look for them at grocery or health food stores in the dried fruit section.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 13 cup honey, melted
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 cup goji berries or sundried cranberries
  • 12 cup crushed pistachios, optional
  • Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine first four ingredients.
  2. Stir in goji berries and pistachios, if desired. Divide by teaspoonful into a Perfect Petites. Top generously with whole food sprinkle.
  3. Place in freezer for 10 minutes until solid.
  4. Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out chocolates.
