Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (900 g) sweet potatoes, cubed

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 pkg Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix, or crumb mix of your choice

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).

  • Lightly coat sweet potatoes with oil.

  • Place mix in resealable plastic bag. Add sweet potatoes, shaking gently until evenly coated.

  • Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Cook 15–20 minutes.
