Classic Chocolate Mousse

Decadent and velvety-rich — the perfect finish for a fine meal.

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, separated

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp strong, cold coffee

  • 12 cup chocolate – your choice, melted

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

Instructions
  • Whisk egg yolks with vanilla extract and coffee. Stir into warm chocolate and set aside.

  • Create meringue by beating egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form.

  • Using a Corner Spatula, quickly fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.

  • Incorporate meringue into chocolate mixture. Pour into individual serving glasses or a large dessert bowl. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
