Classic Bruschetta with Pesto
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil.
Lay baguette slices on lined Sheet Pan and lightly spray with oil using a spray pump. Broil for 2 min each side, or until golden.
Combine tomatoes, sauce mix, oil, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Spoon 1 tbsp mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
