Classic Bruschetta with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French baguette
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Lay baguette slices on lined Sheet Pan and lightly spray with oil using a spray pump. Broil for 2 min each side, or until golden.
  3. Combine tomatoes, sauce mix, oil, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Spoon 1 tbsp mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
