Ingredients
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground beef
2 tbsp Burger Seasoning or Beef & Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tsp Honey Mustard or Sweet & Spicy Mustard
1 egg, optional
6 burger buns
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush with oil to prevent sticking.
In large bowl, combine beef with seasoning, dip mix, mustard, and egg, if using. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties.
Grill patties, with lid closed, 4–5 min per side, or until cooked through.
Tuck patties into buns and add toppings, if desired.
