Churro Spiced Nuts and Seeds
Ingredients
1 egg white, about 2 tbsp
3 tbsp Churro Popcorn Seasoning
3 cups raw, unsalted almonds
1⁄2 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
1⁄2 cup roasted or raw sesame seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
In a large bowl, whisk egg white with seasoning until foamy. Add almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Toss until well coated.
Arrange on pan in an even layer. Bake for 15—20 min or until coating starts to get crispy.
Once fully cooled, break apart and enjoy!

Tips
For extra crispy nuts, bake at 300° F for 45 min.
Once nuts are cooled, stir in 1 cup of dried cranberries. To make a great holiday gift, place mix in cellophane bags or lidded, glass jars, and tie with a ribbon.
