Churro Spiced Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white, about 2 tbsp

  • 3 tbsp Churro Popcorn Seasoning

  • 3 cups raw, unsalted almonds

  • 12 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds

  • 12 cup roasted or raw sesame seeds

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 325° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.

  • In a large bowl, whisk egg white with seasoning until foamy. Add almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Toss until well coated.

  • Arrange on pan in an even layer. Bake for 15—20 min or until coating starts to get crispy.

  • Once fully cooled, break apart and enjoy!
