Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk, dairy alternative or water, your choice
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water
Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
