  • 1 pkg Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 tbsp oil, + more for cooking
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, sliced on an angle
  • 14 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Divide banana slices between waffles. Top each waffle with 1 tbsp chocolate chips.
