Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk, dairy alternative or water, your choice

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
