Chocolate Yogurt Pudding Pops

A chocolatey delight that’s sweet & satisfying and under 100 calories! Our take on the nostalgic fudgesicle, with a bit of a healthy twist, thanks to protein packed Greek yogurt and our sugar-conscious pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix or Dulce de Leche Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups milk, your choice
  • 1 12 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, using an electric mixer on low, beat pudding mix with milk 2 min.
  2. Scoop mix into 12 mini popsicle molds, about 1⁄4 cup of mix per mould. Dollop 2 tbsp yogurt on top of each mould.
  3. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould and freeze at least 2 hrs, or until set. Pudding pops will freeze well up to 1 month.
