Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake

Every bite is smooth and velvety (what can I say, it’s literally in the name). Whether you opt for the ease of using premade pie shells or decide to make your own (it’s easy!), this cheesecake will be a sweet success.

Ingredients
1 1⁄3 cups chocolate wafer or gluten-free cookie crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 pkgs (8 oz/250g each) cream cheese
1 pkg Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake Mix
4 eggs
1 cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs with butter. Press into 9" springform pan.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat cream cheese and mix until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add yogurt and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake 40 min. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate before serving.

Tips
