Chocolate Syrup

Perfect on sundaes or drizzle over your favourite coffee drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 34 cup pure cocoa
  • 1 14 cups water

Preparation

  1. Whisk sugar, cocoa powder and water in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
