Chocolate Sambuca Sauce

Ingredients

  • 23 cups sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 13 cup Sambuca

Preparation

  1. Combine sugar and cocoa powder in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Whisk in hot water. Place over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and add salt.
  2. Add butter and cream, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and Sambuca.
