Chocolate S’more Cheesecake Bites

This dessert is a nostalgic journey that combines the comforting taste of s’mores, with their toasted marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers, and infuses it with the velvety richness of chesesecake. It’s a bite into your sweetest childhood memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate Velvet Cheesecake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 13 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup dark Belgian chocolate, or milk Belgian chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

  1. In a 9” x 13” baking dish, make cheesecake according to package directions.
  2. Remove from oven, and evenly distribute marshmallows, Belgian chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs overtop.
  3. Place back in oven until chocolate and marshmallows are partially melted, 1–2 more minutes,
  4. Remove from oven, let cool completely, then cut into 2-bite squares.
