  • 1 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 2 tsp all-natural peanut butter
  • 12 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 12 banana, frozen, cut into chunks
  • 13 cup oatmeal
  • ice
  • water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency, or more water for a thinner consistency, as desired.
